The purpose of this memo is to describe the impact of creating an Operations Manager position could attribute to Sandwich Blitz.

1. How would creating a new coordinating position between the CEO and thelocation managers help the business to grow?

Currently the Sandwich Blitz has been doing great without the need for expandingbut if they did create a new position it should be to deal with the daily operations in which Dalman and lei have been contributing to since the opening of Sandwich Blitz.

I think a new Operations Manager or Coordinator would be an asset to Sandwich Blitz. This new position can handle all of the daily operations of the establishment. This will also make it convenient to have a person onsite that the managers can report to. This nowallows Lei and Dalman time to focus on expanding and building the business.
