A leader is someone who provides a clear vision for their team and then guiding them towards it by inspiring and coaching them for success.
To be a good and effective leader, one should possess many qualities. One of my biggest strength I attain is that I am a team player which canopies my other qualities as well.
For example, I am an extrovert, so I am very comfortable in communicating my thoughts, carrying out a conversation, and participating in group discussions.
Another quality that I possess is that I am also very passionate in what I do. I am a kind of person who will go all in to get things done.
I don’t mind being on the side lines and finishing the task on hand. I believe to be an effective leader, one should not be hesitantin taking matters in their own hand.
If you lead with an example, your team will get inspired and will definitely follow you. One of the areas of improvement I see is in my active listening skills.
To be an effective leader, active listening is one of the key quality a leader should obtain. Active listening inspires stronger communication between the leader and the team.
I have noticed that I am not an active listener. When I am in a meeting, I
