This allows the HRM to focus on the factors which can affect employee performance both directly and indirectly. Different types of plans and training programs must be developed so that the performance is not only maintained but can also be improved.
The HRM should be actively involved in policy formulation and should have a free communication with the top managers within the company on various issues related to employee performance.
For any organization to be successful, all the activities of the HRM should be aligned with the strategic goals of that organization.
Strategic plans are the long term goals and goals that the firm wants to accomplish along with the various methods of how this can be done.
