Workplace BehaviorsI have been working since I was 15 years old in 1995, so over all I have been working for22 years. 16 years out of the 22 total years worked, I held a supervisory type role.

Over the course of my work experience I gained mentors, which in turn showed me how to manage different type of people.

How to reach individuals with different personalities and bring them together to work as one unit. I have also have had to learn on being stricter, separating business from friendship and making the hard decision when it needed to be made.

Such as terminating individuals, making the decision that sometimes as hard and as many times as you try to train someone to do the job the right way it is up to the worker to keep their job.

Early in the beginning I had to learn how to control myself when becoming nervous. This was due to not being comfortable with myself when I was given my first supervisor position
