The behavior I chose to discuss about on nature vs nurture is the topic of aggressive behavior. Many of us have seen aggressive tendencies in people. Aggressive behavior is now shown everywhere, for example on tv, in sports, music, video games and social media.

This behavior has made many famous and infamous. An example is Aaron Hernandez, former New England Patriots team member.When his father passed when he was sixteen, he grieved by rebelling against any authority figure.

He overcame his troubles, went to college, and decided in his forgo his Senior year and start his professional football career in 2010. He had it all; a life and career that many dream of having.

When he snapped many raised the question was it his environment from a young age or was it the sport thatmade him famous?

It is in my opinion that it was both his nature and his environment, became his downfall. It is mythought that we as people have a trigger of anger and aggressiveness but many of us have control over it.

However. the things that contribute to making us remain aggressive is home life, school, and community. There is also the possibility that having suffered too many concussions in his career added to his behavior.

These factors start we are young and remain with us until adulthood. Children are not born violent, it is how the individual is brought up and the environment they are exposed to.

In conclusion, it is my belief that I aggressive behavior is a combination of both nurture and nature.
