Even though he was worried about taking care of Patient ailing in the last stage of liver diseases, this is one of the challenges that graduated Nurses faces in handling delicate patients for the first time without proper guidance (Wall et al., 2020). The graduated nurse showed two of the best nurse quality when performing his role.

The first quality includes having self-confidence. Even though the Nurse didn’t know anything about taking of a patient who was in such a critical he still decided to face his challenge head-on and achieve it. The second character that he displayed was a commitment to patient well-being; the graduate took care of the Patient up to the end of his shift no complication was experienced during the shift (Shirazi, & Heidari, 2019). The graduated nurse’s second role was to monitor was to perform frequent observation for a Patient who was diagnosed with post Lap Cholecystectomy. The observation was to be done on the patient even in case of discharge; the patient would not undergo any struggle or pain. Alex who is a graduated nurse even though was busy but still managed to take a close observation on the patient; he nearly slipped by not checking up on the Patient for three hours. As Alex handled it, the Patient was set up with an observation machine, whose role was to take an automatic observation of the Patient (van Iersel et al., 2016).
