Section 1: I have been pleasantly surprised and reassured about the things I have learned about myself during the first two weeks of this term.
I have been sure of my personality for some time and been able to suit my needs without much difficulty; but as I continue to grow in my current profession and wish to grow into the next chapter of my life, I find myself fighting against the grain and trying to develop more into what I want to see.

OL 125: Personal Development Plan – Final Submission Student Name: Carl K Greene II Date: January 25, 2016
Section 1: I have been pleasantly surprised and reassured about the things I have learned about myself during the first two weeks of this term.
I have been sure of my personality for some time and been able to suit my needs without much difficulty; but as I continue to grow in my current profession and wish to grow into the next chapter of my life, I find myself fighting against the grain and trying to develop more into what I want to see.
During my personality test, I found out that I am INTJ, which translate to Introvert, iNtuitive, Thinking, and Judging (Heiss, 2015). I have always thought highly of my intellectual ability and ability to do a lot.
I have also noticed that as I get further into my career, my ability to “tell people how it is”, has increased and I am not afraid of telling someone how I feel about them.
The details by Heiss helped make since of many aspects of my life that I have had trouble understanding for some time, i.e. having to pretend to conform while trying to develop another method and personal relationships.
During the next couple of months, especially while finishing my degree, I will need to keep up with my productivity, which I scored mid-range (52). But while doing so,I need to learn how to improve my abilities to stay on task and find ways to not become easily distracted.
I also need to learn how to develop an internal locus of control, where I scored a 35. This would help me strive for higher achievement and develop a deeper knowledge base to help in my current career and future.
I would like to see my locus of control somewhere in the middle, where I see external and internal influences affecting equally. My stress test I scored a 259 which translates to a moderate to high chance.
Most of the higher stress that has occurred, to me has limited control. We have a new baby in the house, which in turn, my wife is not working nearly as much as before, which makes us focus harder on our finances and other objects.
It also is affecting by a purchase of a home last August 2014, right before we found out we were expecting again, again unforeseen and cannot really control the situation.
I know that I work a highstress job and I have learned to deal with the stresses of it, but there are times when thejob gets to you and it’s very hard to deal with some of it.
I believe the personal development plan will help me to overcome some minor difficulties and help me accomplish some of my short term goals which will in turn help me accomplish any long term goals I have.
I am current a Paramedic in North Carolina and I’m pursing my Bachelors in Business Administration. Some of my colleagues don’t
