The impact of information technology (IT) on decision making, especially when setting goals and decisions with policy alternatives. This is data from a survey conducted between 1998 and 2005 by the Busan and Seoul metropolitan areas in Korea. The results show that the understanding of the effects of information technology on political decisions has fundamentally changed among public consumers. These changes are probably caused by the development of management and e-government business in big cities and the central government, not just the proliferation of technology and technically competent team members in companies (Cram,2005). The experimental results also show that barriers to information exchange have increased due to environmental changes, along with the obligation to allow information, complex data management, and negative attitudes towards information exchange. It can be suggested that the city government provide a political way to overcome obstacles to sharing information about privacy, network values, and the official approval process for providing personal information. Information technology (IT) is developing rapidly. This development poses a major threat to companies and organizations.

The first tool which is used in policy making which is very crucial in optimization of local train schedules is the analytical tool which deals with broadened data collection, improved data collection gives room for decentralization of character of the federal statistical system, associated with the near-certainty of changing data requirements over certain duration, in general, improved generally, coordination of data production as well as adoption.
