Thisbecause they do not know whether inner freedom exist or they think it is discoverable throughfame or luck. Leaning back at the right moment and time, mostly during periods of solitude time,can help grant counselors the ways and space they require.
This is not only for counselors butalso the ones they counsel. Solitude, mindful and silent moments can stop counselors’ pressure ways and questionthem, the reason why they live that way? Solitude and silence are places where counselors cantake a break (Wicks, 2012).
However, these short moments of solitude and silence are not easyfor counselors, although they are in mindfulness. Winnicott points out that giving time tocounselors to get themselves together into new combinations and formation after getting in touchwith their feelings and thoughts is crucial.
This process of one reexamining himself relievestension and promotes mental health.
