I have been involved in research that involved female juvenile youth that has been exposed to trauma, suicide, and other violence.2.I have been associated with CASA for the last four years in helping children be placed in the best homes. I have also been affiliated with the Department Human Services as a child protective service investigator and a court-appointed special advocate for the past five years. I am also a consulting psychologist at Mississippi State Hospital at Whitfield in Whitfield, MS.AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES:OFFICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES I, having been duly sworn upon oath and under penalty of perjury, depose and state the following as true and accurate. I have prepared this affidavit at the request of Mr. Arthur Polimeno, Esq., attorney for Mr. Anthony Bridges, in Middle sex County, Massachusetts Case MA-3251-01. I have been given a brief description of the issues by Mr. Polimeno. He has supplied me with transcripts and his entire discovery file. ABOUT ME:I am a licensed forensic psychologist. The Federal Rule of Evidence referred to as FRE702 is the qualifications of the witness to ensure they are qualified to testify in relation to the case. The witness must have the knowledge, skill, experience, training, and/or education in the field in which they are testifying. They must be able to establish evidence that will support or dismiss the issue at hand. The testimony given by the “expert” must be based on sufficient data and/or facts. The facts the witness presents must be valid and reliable. The principles and methods must also relate to the case that is being tried. In the state of Massachusetts the lawyers of each side must prove that their expert witnesses meet the FRE702 before they can be added to the witness list. It is at the trial judge’s discretion to allow an expert witness or not. The judge needs to ensure that the expert witness in question has the qualifications to testify on the given topic.
