Middle-aged adulthood can consist of many different aspects. It can include midlife crises, to making your own time for leisure time. Middle-aged adulthood most important thing that they would want to do is to help guide and form the next generation. Idle age adults can go through crises such as wanting to change who they are because they feel they have reached an age that if they do not do it now then it will never be done. The dependent variable in this scenario would be the middle-aged adults who choose to participate in the study to see how well their memory is as to compare when they were in the early adulthood. Memory is something that infancy is like a sponge and can absorb everything. But as life goes on, a person’s memory becomes vague, and eventually in some people by the end stages of life, they are unable to remember anything and are almost going back to infancy stages where you didn’t know anything. Because of society’s emphasis on youthfulness and physical appearances.

I gave my PowerPoint on generativity to four other individuals. Before I started my presentation, I told them to ask questions as they come, and I would try to answer them with my best ability of knowledge. Personally, I felt I could answer their questions about generativity with understanding because I did read through the textbook and understood the information. The first two individuals were my family members. The last two were a coworker and my boyfriend. These last two were harder to keep on task because they are much closer to my age and I felt they were a bit distracted. Because of this, I changed my presentation a bit, so they could relate.
